Cabbage can be of several types:
1.Green Cabbage

This type has darker and bigger leaves, and is a mostly pale or light green.

Cabbage is also great in healing joint pain, so this is how you can prepare a cabbage compress:
Ingredients:
- Cabbage (preferably organic red)
- Aluminum foil
- A bandage or gauze
Instructions:
Wash the leaves well. Then, leave them to dry and remove the hard stem. Roll a rolling pin over the leaf to release its juice. Next, wrap it in a foil, put it in the oven for several minutes to warm it up, and then apply it on the affected area. Finally, secure it with a bandage or gauze. After an hour, remove it. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times daily.
